Annual Work Day at the Crawfordsville Country Club

The Crawfordsville Country Club’s Annual Work Day was a great success.  Despite having a chilly morning to work in, we saw the biggest turn out of volunteers that we have ever had.  From the membership to Mac Petty and the Wabash College team to the Senior and Junior High Southmont teams, we had enough bodies to accomplish a lot on the course.

Some volunteers helped clear brush and debris from the new practice range area while others picked up sticks and raked leaves throughout the course.  Others helped to spread mulch around the property, cleaned the areas around the Golf Shop, and some helped clean debris from the creek.

After a long morning of working, Chef Jeff supplied a lunch that could satisfy even the hungriest of the high school players.  What a great day to bring the membership closer to the teams that call the Crawfordsville CC their home!

Thanks again to all who participated.  We as a facility are very grateful.
